Beer is booming in Denver ! The town boasts of having the greatest concentration of micro breweries per capita. Nowhere in the country does one brew more beers than here.

Rocky Mountain National Park is undeniably beautiful partly thanks to its 76 summits over 3600 meters, awaiting to be explored by mountaineers and hikers ; the Trail Ridge Road is the main driving route through the park. Mesa Verde National Park with its cliff dwellings, tucked below an overhanging rock, was for centuries the place of abode of the Ancestral Puebloans or Anasazi. Black Canyon of the Gunnison is a fabulous, rugged looking canyon, and it is remote enough that it has the feeling of being undiscovered. You can drive to the summit of Pikes Peak or take the Pikes Peak Cog Railway. In southern Colorado, the town of Durango has a lovely setting at the base of surrounding mountains. In the summer you can take the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railway, one of the town’s main attractions. Or drive the San Juan Skyway Scenic Byway, one of the most spectacular mountain loops in Colorado.
